PATTERN MAKING

The designs first have to be transcribed into patterns before our craftsmen can even begin the cutting and assembling process. Pattern making requires very specific skills and techniques. A slight mistake can lead to major design flaws. Even the smallest details need to be included, right down to the exact position of every hole that will be used to stitch the final item. This process ensures that each item is at the same level of excellence. There is no room for improvisation.
